Project: Working on Conga’s internal SaaS product
ServiceChannel
CTC: ₹21 LPA (fixed)
Project: Founding India engineering team (new setup, might work on existing product)

All roles are hybrid, and none are open to negotiation

Background:

3.9 years , 20 LPA fixed, leaving within 9 months

Title on here is out of date but I’ve got over ten years agency experience as a digital producer, highest level being EP and then Executive Director. Feeing underpaid compared to what I hear about client side (current base 110k, 15% bonus + commission)

I’d love to shift to client side as EP or Program Manager and looking for advice on best way to get my foot in the door.

Feels like I’ve got the same experience as those in the roles but submitting an application thru sites is like shouting in

Mine - It comes down to senior management (client management) who believe in this not bcz it makes sense but more of as a religious zeal and the propogate the same across their team to justify their toxic control over their team's life.

Anyone have recommendations on how to switch to a client side role in a different city/part of the country? I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. Currently unemployed, and looking at a job offer of around 62k base, small firm. Not my preferred choice but this is the first offer in three months. They also took a month to get me the offer with corona and internal restructuring. Two questions:
1) The contract doesn’t mention a notice period in the probation period. What’s a good way to ask? 2) If I manage to secure another offer between contract signing and start date, would this involve any financial liabilities?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
