Hi Everyone, I wanted to ask on how one can shift from core digital marketing (seo, sem, smo, smm and email marketing) to marketing automation. Like what courses shall I do, from where? Can you my 6+ years experience as a base to get higher package?
My current remote work CTC is 12 lpa. How much can I expect if I learn marketing automation and how much can I get? What is the Highest package one hope to get with 6 or 7 years of this experience?

"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
