Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Considering a Product Owner role. Any best practices of what questions to ask during an interview? First phase deals with a virtual Teams interview with the recruiter and her manager on Tuesday. Excited since this is a hop from a Product Analyst role and entails an offer of over $30,000 from what I'm getting now!
