Might be the wrong bowl but finding it extremely difficult to focus on work post busy season. It’s been 2 weeks since we filed and I’m still taking lots of naps and breaks (I’m talking like 3-4 cumulative hrs worked during the day). Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I’ve been made an offer for south of 800 hours/year (fluctuating for seasonal ebb and flow, of course), and I’m curious whether it’s a decent offer or not.
