I'm a fresher in web development and have an opportunity to start my career as a Python/Frappe ERPNext Developer.

I'd like to know if this is a good career path in terms of long-term growth, learning opportunities, salary progression, and job demand. Would you recommend starting with Frappe/ERPNext, or would it be better to focus on general Python or other web development roles?

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
