I’m currently serving my notice period at Virtusa and my last working day is 24 May. I requested WFH for this week and my manager approved WFH till Thursday but asked me to apply leave for Friday.

However, when I try to apply leave, the system shows that leave cannot be applied during notice period.

Has anyone faced this situation before?
If one day leave is taken during notice period, will the last working day get extended or will it be treated as LOP ?

With so many professionals working from home due to Covid-19, what are your tips / strategies for being productive when WFH?

Currently at BNY Mellon with 10 YOE, specifically in Corporate Trust working CLO/CDO’s (first job out of college).
