Any tips for finding a new role in BizOps? I have 2 YOE at a late stage tech company but I don’t get many hits from headhunters on LinkedIn.

Currently a senior with 2.5 YOE(not including 7 months of internships). I want to apply to Pwc Senior Cyber Risk position, but the minimum YOE is 3. Is it worth my time applying for the role? Will I get eliminated off the bat due to YOE?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?

Coming in from big 4 this was a surprise to me. Given that most D and MDs are homegrown, probably used to this way of business, however we are not selling solutions is a concern in my opinion. I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
