Now when I got interviewed for this new org(which is a unicorn). At starting they agreed on min 20% hike + 1lpa as a Joining Bonus. But while giving the offer they gave the same amount of 13lpa. My current manager is a very controlling and has perpurated a v tense culture within the team. The boss recognises that the team is stressed, but blames the team for having such an attitude.
