I have two offers one from publis sapient 19lpa out of which 85k is variable

PWC offered 18lpa fixed but this fixed has PF in it and they said adding the variable the total ctc will be 22lpa

The take home as per calculation is 1.2 lakhs in PWC and 1.19 in publiscis

Which is a better one for Qa Automation engineer.

Ii am looking for job security as I have dependents on me

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?

I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. Normally I'd go ahead and book a flight, but I can't project which countries might be locked down again 5-6 months from now (haven't accrued enough PTO to travel in near future).
