I wanted to share some insights about the work culture at this company based on my friend's experience. Unfortunately, it seems that the environment is not very positive. Senior employees often bend the rules for their own benefit, and the workplace tends to operate like a startup. Those who joined earlier, even if they have similar experience levels, tend to treat new hires as if they were freshers.
Promises made during the hiring process often go unfulfilled, with numerous hidden terms and conditions. For instance, the policy supposedly states that you can use your leave without needing approval. However, in reality, they ask multiple questions and require you to get your manager's permission before applying for leave.
While the company has many good policies on paper, they are overshadowed by the way new employees are treated. The early joiners create their own rules, making it a nightmare for newcomers. People who have previously worked at companies with strong, positive cultures, like Accenture, often feel trapped here.
So, if you're considering joining this company, I would advise you to think twice.
I agree a 100%.
This is exactly the current scenario is.
