For me and for people I've helped over the years, it's always been through networking. I know that can sound daunting, but can you begin with one or two people you know and ask them for an informational interview? Doing the latter takes the pressure off others (and you) and you can use the opportunity to learn what's most important to hiring managers, get feedback on your interview style etc. Then you can ask if they can suggest 1-2 people you might talk with. Sooner or later -- let's hope sooner -- someone will have an opening that you're suited for. My experience has been that people really do like to help others and share their knowledge, so I'm hoping you'll have the same experience. Very best of luck.
Thank you!
I am beginning to think networking is the best platform because most of the job vacancy don't easily go out.
I was talking with my mentor yesterday and he said what they do is to ask staffs if they have anyone they can recommend for a vacant post. It is when they can't get that it goes out. In most cases you always have a referral from within.
