Hi fishes, urgent. I have offers from two companies. One is offering x. Another x + 6. While telling the company (with x offer) that i have got offer from another company, do i have to show the whole offer letter to negotiate? And if i'm showing only the salary breakup page, should i hide the company logo?

How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?

At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I have an asset purchase of a retail store transaction. Seller is keeping the second location. Seller is licensing the name from the buyer. The licensing agreement is supposed to contain provisions so that the seller cannot offer promotions or discounts that the buyer does not also offer (i.e., seller cannot undercut buyer's pricing).
