Please help me out I have an offer from CSG International as SDE1 And Capgemini ( europe based telecom project) - tech Oracle BRM with cloud native implementation as Associate Consultant.

Which one do I choose? I wanted to choose Capgemini because it is work from office and I am no longer in the mode of working from home and will have cloud learning .In CSG it is Permanent wfh but they have their own tools and tech language.

I have a BBA in Marketing and Management and 8 years of experience in hearing aid sales, where I've gained nothing useful enough to transition to another field (at least I don't think so). Fellow ACDs, I have a question. Since becoming an ACD, It feels a lot like project management and wrangling creatives to get their work done. I don’t remember being this dismissive of my projects as a Jr/Midlevel. I feel more like a creative babysitter that picks up scraps than it actually feels like improving the work. I try to talk to them/help manage their time but I feel like they inherently lack motivation. What is y’all’s experience as an ACD? Is this what it’s like usually?

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?
