I work as an industry consultant in CPG.
Currently, my work is focused on an SF cloud based integrated Sales platform's requirements gathering and implementation.
ACN-M here.
Very strange. Shouldn't you be already getting 20+ at L9 post MBA?
Thanks for the concern.
Unfortunately, no.
ACN hires any non-BLACKI&XL grads for the Tech/Ops/Digital etc. verticals and not for Strat. Consulting - from campus that's to say.
With that, they also lowball the initial CTCs, so, the payouts are on a lot lower side to those of the folks from Strat. Consulting.
The hike % mentioned in the other comment is correct though, and with that, my current CTC is almost already reaching the CTC offered here; hence the post.
Last week rejected offer from EY.. my profile is similar to yours..must say salary negotiation with EY was a pain..each time I had to show them a counter offer to increase my CTC and even then the maximum they were doing was matching those offers and promising me that we will give you 25% bonus each year..
Yes, it's painful to say the least! But, at the same time, wanted to understand what the real expectations from my side should be. Thanks!
What is your current fixed and what % hike on your fixed are you getting? I am assuming 20L is fixed offered by EY. Coz 50% mentioned by someone here is a little optimistic. 40% is a more realistic figure
Thanks! My bad there. I meant the 20 LPA as. Fixed component and not the CTC.
Just following
My bad, assumed you are part of S&C.
There is another track- Applied Intelligence. I don't have a MBA and I was earning 20 CTC as a consultant in Digital(now S&C).
No worries, thanks for sharing your input though!
Is it EYGDS Or EY India.
I interviewed with India MC team a week back and we agreed on figure around 22-23 for Consultant position with 2 YOE ... so your should be definitely higher.
P. S: The team was front end MC and requires full client interaction and implementation.
Hi, thanks for your response.
The entity I interviewed with was EYGDS.
About the remuneration, I am trying to renegotiate now w.r.t. my experience.
