Had 4 rounds of great interviews for a internal HC consulting sr mgr role at tech Org. Final/5th round was a presentation and I felt it didn’t go well because I followed instructions and created a solid strategy that was based on evidence and best practices from what other orgs are doing - exactly what the case asked but based on their questions it seemed they wanted some high in the sky creative ideas. What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?

Wondering if anyone can share the approximate timeline after applying to Target Corp. to hearing something from them. Leadership only promotes people who kiss ass the most qho have no managerial experience and pass people who actually have experience in a manager role. Leadership never helps you with anything.
