Resigned from Jio due to bad work-life balance 2 months back. I was a part of the CloudXP department in HCMP (Nightmare project)
While sharing all the documents, I have mentioned my expected Fixed CTC - 27 LPA.
What is the salary structure in eClerx? How much variable pay do they give in Bonus / PLI ?

How many of you biglaw associates are on your grind trying to recruit people to earn a big referral bonus? I’m treating it like a side gig. Ironic that my firm does not give associates any kind of origination credit. If they took the same philosophy with business development, I would direct my efforts there too.!

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out.
