I am a developer with 4.7 yrs in IT & have worked as .Net & presently as Salesforce Developer in my career, my ctc is 9.5LPA.
How can i shape my career hierarchy to reach at good level with yoe i have. I see my juniors with just 2yoe earning more than my ctc. Should i work as a developer for coming years or should i start preparing myself for higher level in IT. I’m not bad with money but definitely lots of room to improve overall, due to several personal factors I don’t want to list in full here (numerous unanticipated medical bills, bad boyfriends, etc.) Hence why I only have $3k in savings right now. My first mini goal is to have $5k saved by the end of December. I need motivation and words of encouragement. If I pay off my medical bills, I won’t make my goal.
