At ZS, CCTC: 10Fixed + 3
At IQVIA, CTC: 14.5fixed + 4 bonus +1 reallocate
YOE: 2

Is it a good offer to take or should I keep my job hunt on?

Moreover, I got hired by 159 solutions, but since this firm is acquired by IQVIA itself. Should I say I'm going to IQVIA (big firm) or 159 (small firm)?

I’m a Consulting Technical Project Manager IC4 and newly acquired through acquisition. Can someone explain the bonus and equity structure? In my previous role we had a bonus structure per year based on hitting goals and a target amount and then also an RSU equity program that most got (if you were the right level) but managers could adjust.
