I’ve worked on two matters with a first year that multiple partners have referred to as a “superstar.” Their work was just fine on both matters and downright wrong on certain issues/points. I’ve definitely been more impressed by other first years in this class. The project I was in my previous organization was on tool( not much future scope) but supposed to get onsite next yr.
