I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? Current profile - TC2 2.5 YOE
Profile Offered - Associate Consultant
I asked for Sr. Associate Consultant and 14 LPA + 1L JB
HR says this is the final offer. What should I be doing?
Profile is entirely different at infy and it is from tech side whereas I'm from non tech background.
I'm interested because of the growing market in tech. Suggestions welcome. Please suggest what and how to negotiate. I need to clear things tomorrow.
