I have a university recruiter who works under me. There only job is to source candidates for 10 open reqs. Approximately how many candidates do you think this person should be able to source per day/week. Our main method is LinkedIn Recruiter.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Can you help me with test and interview process related information for Analyst roles

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

I applied for a role a few days ago and found the relevant hiring manager today via LinkedIn. Should I send a follow up mail/introduce myself to this person. Would it leave a good impression or come across as desperate?

Btw, the person is in a “Talent Acquisition” position at the company.

For those starting school this fall, how early is too early to start stressing about what you want to recruit for? Am a sponsored consultant but don’t think I want to go back 😬
