I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I was wondering if anybody on here has warned their replacement to basically run and not take the job?? I’m leaving my job next Friday due to a toxic boss that was hired three years ago. Need advice. Interviewing for an internal role to lead a team adjacent to my current team. I’m trying to prepare for the interview, during which I’ll be asked to share my plan for the team. I’ve worked with two of the people on the team who will report to whomever gets this job. I’d like to ask them about the team and what they want/wish were different, but I’m not sure it’s wise to tell them I’m interviewing to be their boss. Not does it feel right to ask under false pretences. Thoughts?

Can a company with offer letter sent on email if joining is delayed due to notice period

I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?

Please guide.!!
