Hi fishes, I am currently holding an offer of 14LPA(with variable) from TCS(Kolkata), 15LPA(with variable) from Wipro with relocation benefits in Bangalore and PWC promised me to give 14.5LPA fixed+extra benefits+variable(12-30%) in Kolkata. As I haven't yet received the offer I'm confused how much I will be getting as CTC in PWC? And also which one will be good to choose? I want to focus on extra compensation, benefits and also want WLB.

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.

I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.
