I am new to this tax declaration and all. My previous salary is 3.5LPA that time my lead itself taken care of my IT declaration. Now i got 8 LPA offer here i only have to declare IT. Since I don't have any idea about this. I request you to help me in this. What are the things I can put in IT declaration and also provide some ideas about tax savings.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
