I am serving notice in EPAM (LWD: first week of March) with 4.1 YOE in Frontend Experience (React, TS, Microfrontends, Accessibility). I have a British Telecom offer of 16.7 LPA ( current CTC 11.8 LPA).

Looking for advice on getting interview calls from strong product companies (Adobe Nutanix Paypal Walmart Flipkart Chargebee Telstra etc,) during notice period, and whether BT is a good long-term move of if I should keep pushing.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. When an organization is not adequately staffed, be sure increase the number of meetings to address how to allocate people. Forcing negotiations at multiple org levels around the same decisions will ensure everyone is totally aligned.

This accomplishes three things:
1) Everyone is mad at each other since they’re competing for people
2) They’re confused and not able to pay attention to the root issue of chronic under staffing
3) They’re distracted from blaming mgmt for the root cause.

I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6.
