I currently work as a senior research analyst at Publicis at a CTC of 16lpa with a total of 6yoe. I'm up for promotion to become a lead analyst. However, I have an offer for 20lpa for a senior consultant role in a reputed financial institution.
My dilemma is that should I take the offer for the same role, or should I continue working in the current company for the promotion? My CTC will become around ~20 lpa in Publicis after the promotion (i.e in Mar/Apr)
Your thoughts?

I have got an offer based in Boblingen, Germany with 60k euro as fixed. Will it be enough for a couple with a 3 year old kid ? My major expense would be accommodation, groceries, kid’s school and transportation. Please do let me know your valuable inputs. TIA

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
