Hi fishes, I had got a call recently for manager role in process mining.what is the starting salary band usually given for such a role?

May I get some input on whether this is a good offer and if I should still negotiate? I had 5 months of experience as a Recruiting Assistant at a small agency recruiting firm where I was paid $18/hr but decided to leave that job in search of better opportunities. After a job gap of 3 months, I was able to get an offer for a Recruiter role at a big 3 management consulting firm for $86,500 annually with a $5,000 sign on bonus. Would you recommend to try negotiating even higher? Location: LA, CA

Is it shallow of me for not wanting to date men who make ~1/3rd or 1/4th of what I make? I don't take failures very seriously.. but today I really did great in interview with Accenture for a moment I really thought I will get into accenture.. but for some reason I got rejected..
