I have 2.5 years of experience in SAP Fiori and now I have two options available.

1.Deloitte USI
2.Small firm based out of California and few countries specialized in SAP GTS consulting with permanent remote.

I would like to grow my skills in SAP ABAP and im also more into remote work with good WLB. I'm totally confused whether I should go with big4 or should I take this risk at early stage of my career. I'm just afraid that I'm making mistake ignoring D USI for small firm.

Any United health group remote employees here? I recently accepted an accounting job and some of the onboard makes it seem like I’m only allowed to work from my home office. Need some inputs. My BU just went into a reorg which has benefitted me and I got a promise to a fast track promotion within 18 months of my joining. Career advice?

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.

I feel like I might be missing an opportunity to ask for a promotion and hire a junior instead.

Any opinions/tips?
