I have 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a current CTC of 4.75 LPA. I recently received an offer from EY GDS (Senior Analyst) for 13 LPA fixed. In my initial discussions with Accenture HR, I had shared my expectations as 15 LPA fixed. I have also cleared all rounds with Accenture. Could you please suggest how much I can realistically negotiate/expect from Accenture in this situation?
