I have a concern which I feel like sharing with you all.. I am currently working for a client but as a non-billable resource. They already have one BA and are not interested in having one more but my organisation has onboarded me on same client and now whatever work I do is shared on the name of the other BA.
This is kind of frustrating and I am not allowed to speak or discuss on points which I am working as client should not know about this.

Has anyone faced certain situation.

My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. I’m always the one to go to if other recruiters fail to meet client deadlines and cleaning up recruiters mistakes. How do I even handle this to begin with?

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.
I’m so incredibly stressed as I don’t want to show up unprepared and make myself look bad. Idk how to make light of this situation at this point
