Hi Fishes, I have a hairline fracture and my manager initially approved me of 4 weeks wfh. But I am still not completely healed, doctor suggested 2 more weeks rest. But my manager is denying for wfh saying that HR won’t agree. Also she told they have sent my reports to some third party doctor who will tell if I need more wfh or not. But I am not part of any such mail communication. she is saying to take privilege leave if I need more rest.what should I do
