I have an interview lined up at Tiger analytics India for position of Azure Data Engineer having around 3yoe.

Can anyone share tips on interview preparation, process, etc as well as CTC to ask.

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

Looking to transition into an HR leadership position. 17+ years experience in running a startup managing 50-100 people (15 years) and handled all facets of hiring, firing, compensation, negotiation, training and employee relations. I have an Interview with Atlassian for a pre sales solutions engineer role in Canada that requires 5-8 YOE . What's the salary range I should be aiming for ?

My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!
