I have attended interview in Walmart last week. All rounds are completed. Last round held on Thursday. Till now I did not get any call or mail from HR. I have sent mail and called hr. But, no response from her. Can anyone tell me how many days after completion of interview rounds will the HR call? I applied for software engineer 2. I have 2.6 years of experience.

Do Leidos, SAIC, and other mostly-fed consulting businesses pay bonuses to all levels? If so, what does a typical bonus target look like? Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
