I have been working as a Data Engineer for 1.5 years but I am inclined towards Data science specific roles.

I am planning for a certification but am confused wether to go with DP-100(for Data science certification) or DP-203(for Data Engineering certification).

DP-203 goes well with my current profile and will help me grow within the DE domain. I am no sure if DP-100 will be any help to get me a Data science related role or how relevant it is.

Please help me choose.

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE
