I have been working for a software company for a few years and have got an onsite opportunity to Australia on a TSS Visa.

How much CTC/base pay should I negotiate for, as I don't want to be low balled, this being my first onsite opportunity ever.

My current title is Associate Architect SD and I'll be moving to handle a new project in ANZ area.

Any other compensations that I need to make clear before Visa process starts ( housing allowance and all?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
