Is there a best level to switch out of PA? Like S1 vs M1. Is there a reason to stay in PA longer? I have heard people say you should stay till M1 so you have more options.

Base comp is a slight bump. 14 mos in FDD @ PwC who will make senior this CRT - love the role but want to see more of the transaction besides TBs and TB detail. Comp isn’t a huge bump but the IB seems to have a good culture. 20 people. I really am struggling. I worried about FDD golden handcuffs with limited exit ops. Please advise!!! SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? I haven’t really been enjoying being an industry accountant. After 4 years in B4 audit and 1.5 in industry I’m really starting to think about going back to maybe a GT, RSM, or BDO type firm

I have been in industry for 1 yr after 5 yrs in public. I miss some coworkers and clients but overall this is much better. I make more money working far less hours. If I don’t move up I’ll job hop.
