Is there a best level to switch out of PA? Like S1 vs M1. Is there a reason to stay in PA longer? I have heard people say you should stay till M1 so you have more options.

M1 doesn’t give you more options. Generally it’s the opposite because your so expensive. I think senior is the level with the most opportunity but you will probably jump into a position that you will be stuck at for a while. Whereas if you find a position as manager, you are going to be making good money

like

Regarding money, if you make the move while you’re S1, make sure the pay raise is enough so that you’re comfortable for the next few years. And when you feel ready for a big increase in pay you can always move to another company (unless you get promoted within)

Senior is the best time to leave. You haven't priced yourself out of the market

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Guess I’m not really looking for a solution here, just venting.
