Hi fishes, i have cleared all technical rounds 10 days back and last week i have received link from HR to upload the documents & did salary negotiations.

It’s been 1 week & there is no update on the offer letter on decided package.

Any idea how much time HR takes for this process to complete and issue offer letter?

Currently a big 4 intern applying to mbb/T2 firms, but want to know if there are any jobs in tech that offer similar compensation right out of undergrad. I’m also not a cs or swe major so it would have to be a non-tech role.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

How many days does in-person onboarding activities occur?
b) HR Informed,"After onboarding is complete, can get perm WFH based on project or extension of WFH as IBM is flexible"

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Out of curiosity and to test the market, I interviewed at a FAANG. Did not get the job, but found out TC was 350k, significantly higher than my TC 230k. I thought I was compensated fairly, but would love to see your thoughts.
