Current CTC is ~37lpa, I am planning to switch so what Expected CTC I can get in current market in Bengaluru, my last switch was 7 years ago

I just got confirmation on my Promotion. But i was planning to resign in a day or two. As i have offer in hand.

So any suggestions what to do in this case?

Should I resign or not ?
Should I tell them about the offer to get more on the current CTC ?

My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar.
