I have experience of 10years in ETL/Manual testing. What next step should i take to upgrade my skills i have more interest in data related things and am comfortable to sql queries.I have no interest in coding and zero knowledge of any code language. When we look for job change that time company ask do you know java,pyhton,selenium,Devops,BI but actually after entering in organization they will ask to do manual testing. Please suggest.

What would be an exit opportunity like for someone with both FDD and CDD experience?

Currently a post-MBA returning consultant at MBB. What firms should I target with significant Private Equity Ops groups or value teams? Have to leave after 2 years in consulting because I was sponsored but want to make sure that I understand the point at which I should be reaching out, etc.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.
