I'm more inclined towards Deloitte india but heard work life balance is pathetic. Need genuine suggestions.

Is it unusual to have a partner midway through a small engagement hand over his partner responsibilities to a Sn Mng (not on the engagement) and force the existing Sn Mng to report to them?

Need suggestions: So I joined this bank and I was loaned to a different director in my team due to some long term leave for one of his SMs and audit with my director was deferred. The idea was that I would be involved in Fieldwork and take over reporting part. Issue is that I just despise the way this other Director is working. Anyone interviewed recently for a PM position at Adobe or just works there? I had the 2nd round and I know the next will involve me presenting a business case to a panel of 5.

1. Any idea of what the business case can be?
2. What is their general outlook on parental leave? In the 2nd round I basically told them that I am pregnant and willgo on mat leave in March. I wonder if I will be dismissed just because of this or I still have a chance...

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
