I have two offers at present one is with Deloitte - 12LPA, another is Wolters Kluwer of 15LPA and one month notice period left. Which is good to join wolters or Deloitte? Or should I ask for counter offer in Deloitte now only or at end of notice period if I should go with Deloitte?

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

Thoughts on a company that won’t negotiate on salary and pays all the Account Executives the same salary. Appears years of experience mean little?

I feel it was a good break/refresh when at office but now it really feels just an extra overhead siting on desk pretending to have fun when you can ACTUALLY have rest/fun by just taking break for that time and instead interact with people around yourself AT Home. Feels more refreshing.

I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product.
