I am applying for various similar job profiles through platforms like naukri, indeed etc but didn’t hear even a single call back.

Can anyone help me out by suggesting where I am going wrong? This is my first job switch btw.

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.
