I was looking casually for job search and got an opportunity with Genpact and got selected. I am having 11 years of experience and they are offering 40L fixed + 10% variable and 4L Jb. Though currently I’m JL6B (PM) in Infosys with CTC 30LPA including 20% variable.

I don’t have any other offer as of now as not looking actively. Will it be a wise decision to move to Genpact from Infosys?

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.

Have salaries in advertising really changed over the years/decades? I remember in 1993 at Lowe NYC when the salary list was left on the printer... the CDs were making about $200k on average. That’s 27 years ago.
