Hi Fishes, If someone joins Samsung Research Institute, Bangalore as Chief Engineer, does he/she have to give competency test every second week (twice in a month)? I read some comments on glassdoor that they force you to take those test and pass, otherwise they will ask you to leave. Is it really like that ?

Samsung has this test culture. In NCR it is more serious. Don't know much about BLR but ive heard people have same complaints for SRI BLR also.
