Hi Fishes, If someone joins Samsung Research Institute, Bangalore as Chief Engineer, does he/she have to give competency test every second week (twice in a month)? I read some comments on glassdoor that they force you to take those test and pass, otherwise they will ask you to leave. Is it really like that ?

I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? Samsung has this test culture. In NCR it is more serious. Don't know much about BLR but ive heard people have same complaints for SRI BLR also.
