My current CTC is 17 LPA which i know is not as per market standards but need to know how much should be the market rate as per this experience.
Please share the valid market range so that i should know what value i hold.

It totally depends on the organisation policy. Some companies will try to exploit the fact that you have gap ,and some won't .
In my opinion, there is no impact until and unless you are able to convince them. I took around 3-4 months of gap but got the hike of 45%. I was able to tell them my reason. But grabbing a couple of offers will give you an extra advantage.
What was the reason did you quote for the gap
10-15℅ hike if you are backed up by 5-7 years of experience.
For any role there is always maximum range based on which you are interviewed. Try to justify your gap saying that you took this break for unskilling. dnt let the recruiter to exploit you. Ask for hike.
yes
For 2 to 3 months that's not an issue usually if you have strong hands on experience and communication skills ... they don't think about the gaps of 4 to 5 months it's quite common for all.... whatever number in your mind tell them every HR manager will do the negotiations so, no need to worry....
40% hike in 2 year gap
Is it so? Which Organisation?
