I’m 9.2 years react js and Java engineer ,Got an offer from Accenture with 21.20 from my current ctc of 13 , offer is including 27% variable with 1.3 joining bonus . How’s everything in Accenture with respective to other witch companies ?

Hi Fishes , i have 7+ years of experience in QA...currently working in tcs. I got offer from EY GDS....i joined tcs 1 year back. I got around 30% hike and lead post in EY...My doubt is it switch from tcs to EY will be worth for me and my carrer ? EY WLB and work culutre all the cases...

I recently got offer from TCS for 10 LPA and my current CTC is 7LPA with 2.5 years of experience. Am I being underpaid here?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

Weekend dairies: How did you spend your weekend?

I went to my parents place on Saturday, met with old friends.
And on Sunday Yoga and swimming. Now enjoying relax evening. It felt like a vacation and was quite stress reliever.
Learning: I need not to spend heavily for vacation.

I and currently working with TCS with designation as system analyst with 4.2 years of experience. My salary package is 9.17 LPA

Accenture has offered me 12 lpa as fixed package and 2.25 lpa as variable.
Total being 14.5 lpa.
