Wondering to get some advice on how hard it would be or get an understanding of the market to get back into private accounting/advisory or financial analyst after stepping away for 2.5 years. I was in public accounting for almost 5 years prior and stepped away as a supervising senior in audit for a mid tier firm. Would love to get a chance to connect/network with some people.

If I have an offer on Networking Control plane domain and Dataplane domain which one should I chose for better career prospects?

Dataplane job -> 3 Lakhs higher paying than Control plane job offer.

I’m trying to get all my ducks in a row for when I quit here at the end of next month… I am taking a break to figure out what I want to do, so I will be unemployed for a time. Do I have to notify the ARDC of this change (IL licensed)? Do I have to immediately switch to inactive status or can I stay active in case I decide to keep practicing law just a few months later? I am in need of some advice I have a bachelors in healthcare administration. My long term goal would be a CEO of a hospital. I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?
