Hi Fishes, Is it worth interviewing at Wells Fargo, JPMC, HSBC If I already have an offer for Goldman Sachs (engineering)?

Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

I think tech wise gs>ms>jpmc=well=hsbc
As per the updates from my frnds working in these and i recently joined ms.
Wlb wise
Wells=hsbc>ms>jpmc>>gs
Comp wise
Gs (anytime due to their massive bonus)> ms>jpmc=wells> hsbc
Thats all i have. I know quite a lot about jpmc gs and ms..and ms depends on the teams but i can see that its really good and comfortable if you even get a decent team. Jpmc i heard from my brother techwise they dont update at all unless u r in core platform teeam.compansation is good but the management is worst and gs is any wime very bad in management and too much competitive. Techwise good but a lot of internal and pre build tools that u hv to work on as my frnd told.wells is really comfortable in wlb but techwise not so much.
Thanks.. definitely helps me to plan my next steps

GS is not a great option if you love WLB.....it's a very aggressive organization
Barclays is chillax
Rising Star
Wells fargo is opening in April, jpmc has 2 days in a week policy right now, hsbc opening 5 days in a month from June.
Wlb is good in Wells and hsbc, but heard it is very bad in jpmc
Hsbc starting to call ppl 5 days in a month to office or 5 days wfh policy? Please elaborate this
Hsbc has a great wlb atleast in Kolkata
RTO started this past Monday for WF. Tech. LOB is hybrid model 2 days in, 3 days in and repeat for the month. Unless you are on a fully agile team then you are only required to go in for mandatory agile meetings (retrospective, sprint planning, etc).
Feel free to reach out for more details.
This applies to US based resources.
Is it only the RTO that is concerning here ?
GS wlb is not that great.
That too, but can you suggest other companies that has better pay and better wlb? I cant crack a FAANG interview at the moment, ( no knowledge on system design, DS etc) what other options are there? I am not looking to go to a consulting firm either
Office going should be a lesser concern than work life balance.
You need to decide for yourself whether you want to lead a peaceful life or a 'time for nothing' life.
GS definitely gives you a better bonus but working in GS will definitely catch up with you in terms of health and well being. When you look back you will realise that it was actually not worth it.
You have only one life.
All these banks can replace you in an instant.
Go to a place where you can build your career around your life not a life around your career.
What are thoughts about HSBC as I have got offer from hsbc and also from Citi. But hsbc is paying me more.
Chief
Even others will start in next 2 or 3 months
Yes, but GS is not giving option for hybrid even, questions is others are also doing the same or not
