My friend cleared his tech rounds at Tata Consultancy Last week. Today he recieved around 15-20 calls in 1 hour from TCS, I guess from projects. Is this how the TCS process is ?
What to expect from the interviews. They are asking for immediate joining which is possible by buy out.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

Applied for a role with Salesforce and had both a talent advisor and corporate recruiter reach out to schedule time to talk about the role. Is this normal for the recruiting process for two different people to reach out to schedule time? Is one more senior than the other/different approach?

Once you’ve applied via referral link to a position, does it keep you in a referral pool or do you need to constantly get a new referral link if you apply to another role say 4 months later? Curious since they only last 30 days and i feel bad asking for a link a 3rd time now…..

I'm currently at 38L(Fixed) working with Deloitte USI, cleared all the rounds with EYGDS. I am asking for 30% hike only which will be 49.5L(Fixed) and that too they are saying out of budget. This is strange!!!

The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

I am 8 yoe. My current CTC - 8 lpa. I have got offer with 21 lpa. Since my current CTC is low as per market standards company which provides offer are saying i am expecting more offer with less current CTC. Any suggestion how to get more CTC as per market
