I've 3 offers in hand.

Publicis: 16 LPA fixed
TCS: 17.5 (15.5 + 2 variable)
Dbmsc steel: 7000 dirham (Dubai relocation)

I want to go Dubai but given the salary, I'm having 2nd thoughts. I was expecting 10k at least but they are not going over that. What do you guys think about thus offer.

Need some advice from industry folks having international experience and idea about salaries there.

If I move to the Bay Area from Austin, are there any major negatives that will be really hard for me?

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
